FAQ

Can I use the icons for different client projects as a freelancer?

Yes. You may use the icons in unlimited client projects. The license stays with you, not with your clients.

When does my client need their own license?

Your client needs their own license if they want to own the icon files or use them internally without you. As long as you implement the icons and the files are not transferred, your freelancer license covers the work.

What does “1 brand only” mean?

The Inhouse Brand license is tied to one brand or company identity. You can use the icons across all products, platforms and teams — as long as it is for the same brand.

How does it work for agencies with multiple clients?

The Agency license allows you to use the icons for up to 5 active client brands at the same time. When a project ends, you can reassign that brand slot to a new client.

What counts as a user?

A user is anyone who directly works with the icon files — designers, developers, or anyone exporting, modifying, or implementing icons in projects. View-only or stakeholders do not count as users.

What if we need more than 15 users or multiple brands?

For larger teams or organizations, we offer Enterprise licensing.
This allows unlimited users, multiple brands and tailored usage terms.

Do you offer an extended or enterprise license?

Yes. Enterprise licensing includes unlimited users, multi-brand usage, internal distribution and priority support. Get in touch to discuss your setup.

Can I upgrade my license later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time — you only pay the difference between your current license and the new one. Your existing usage stays valid.
