1.1 Dutch Icon respects the privacy of the visitors to the Website. Due care will be exercised when processing and securing users’ personal data. In this respect Dutch Icon complies with the requirements stipulated in the Dutch Data Protection Act and any applicable local data protection rules and legislation. Nevertheless, users must realize that it is impossible to provide a comprehensive guarantee that data will be secure on the Internet.
1.2 During your visit to the Website Dutch Icon uses two types of cookies: technical cookies and external tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that a server can place on the hard drive of a user’s computer. It contains information about the relevant visitor’s visit to the Website.
1.3 On the Website we use Google Analytics to track visitor statistics on the usage of our website. Information collected by Google is made anonymous as much as possible. Dutch Icon can therefore not see which individuals were behind which visits to our website. Dutch Icon uses the anonymous statistics to determine which parts of the website you find the most interesting, so that we can ensure that those pages can be easily found as well as to improve/optimize our offerings and the overall user experience of the Website. 1.4 Furthermore, we use third parties cookies from Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo and Addthis that are tools available for the visitor of the Website for (optional) social sharing and/or information sharing purposes should the visitor have the desire to do so and the anonymous tracking of such behavior. These tools are also available on the Website for distributional and promotional purposes.

Furthermore, Dutch Icon may share the details provided with any other parties that is contractually associated with it.
1.7 Furthermore, Dutch Icon undertakes not to communicate your details to any other party without your prior consent, unless it is required to do so in accordance with any provision of the law or a court judgment.
6.8 Under the terms of the applicable data protection rules and legislation you are entitled to inspect and, if necessary, correct any personal data concerning you. Furthermore, you are entitled to object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. 2. Governing Law
The Website, the Materials and the Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising pursuant to or in connection with the Website (or the use thereof) and/or the Terms of Use shall be solely submitted to a competent court of law in the Netherlands.
