By accessing and using the Website you agree to the Terms of Use, including any changes, modifications and/or replacements.     The Website is intended for general informational purposes including displaying, promoting, offering, selling and distributing the artwork and icons of Dutch Icon. The use of the Website and / or the Materials and any decisions made based upon the Website and / or the Materials are for the own account and risk of the visitor of the Website.

    3.1 All intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, patents, trademarks, trade names, database rights and design rights) to all of the information and materials including, but not limited to, all artwork, text, video, audio, pictures, designs, logos, graphics and software contained on the Website (in these Terms of Use collectively defined as the “Materials”) shall remain the property of Dutch Icon or its licensors and are explicitly reserved.


    3.2 You may only use the Materials downloadable or otherwise available from the Website or a third party website subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable end user license agreement.


    3.3 Subject to the prior written approval of Dutch Icon and solely for promotional purposes and for the purpose of sharing information you are permitted to use, reproduce, modify, distribute the Website or to incorporate it in any weblog, forum or another website or to frame link or deep link to the Website. You are only permitted to quote the text on the Website and no other parts of the Materials, subject to a reference to the Website and a notice that all rights are owned by Dutch Icon or its licensors.
